This Otoscope from Welchallyn has been listed as new other due to the fact that the otoscope itself is in a perfect condition with absolutely no signs of damage at all. The pack of tip shields has been opened and a few are missing however. The user manual is included in the kit and in perfect legible condition. The item has been tested to ensure there are no electrical issues and I am pleased to say there are none. Batteries not included. Please see images.
