This pair of Simonswerk 5 400695 0 12602 Concealed Door Hinges is listed as new other as they show no signs of previous installation, with their fitting parts still sealed perfectly inside of their original plastic packaging. It has some minor cosmetic marks (pictured) from where they have been jostled inside the damaged boxing, but they have been tested and open without issue. Their tension adjustment works on both hinges without issue. The fitting guide is also included. Please see images.
