This set of Daytime Running Lights by HQ Automotive are listed as new as the lights inside are in a pristine condition. They both come with their protective film strips in place, as well as all parts included and all showing absolutely no signs of being used at all. The lights themselves have been tested by connecting them to the driver and then running some power through a DC supply so as to ensure they work, and I am pleased to say both lights lit up without any issues at all. The user manual is included. Please see images.
