This GOODYEAR Bottle Jack is listed as new other as the packaging is damaged, and it has some minor cosmetic marks. However, the top of the piston is clean and undamaged, showing that it has never been used to actually lift a vehicle. The hydraulics have been tested to ensure they extend, retract and hold weight which I am pleased to say it all worked perfectly. Overall, a good quality item at a bargain price. Please see images.
