This Eliko Heating Element with Built in thermostat is listed as used as the item lost it’s shine due to testing the item. I plugged it in and switched it on, with a great amount of heat being produced in seconds. Once submerged this element should heat a decent sized boiler between 15 and 30 minutes. This item is powered by corded electric, and the plug IS AN EU PLUG so a wall adapter will be necessary when purchasing. User manual is included though in Polish. Please see images.
