This Carlisle Brass Sash Lock is listed as new other as the packaging has been opened and is slightly damaged, but the lock inside is still in a great condition, with absolutely no signs of actual fitting. All the screws are include and are in a pristine condition, though the bag they were packaged in is open. All keys are included, have been tested and are all working perfectly.
