This BLACK+DECKER 400w Scorpion Powered Handsaw is listed as new other as the kit is missing on of the blades and has a very minor cosmetic mark to the handle (pictured), but other than these minor points of note there are no other signs of damaged, and no signs of previous use. It has been fully tested and is working perfectly. One of the blades (the larger one, pictured) received a minor cosmetic mark during testing while ensuring that the blade attachment would fit and hold during use. The user manual is included.
