This pair of OSRAM NIGHT BREAKER 220 Halogen Headlights are listed as new other as the boxing is slightly damaged, but the bulbs show no signs of previous use or damage. They have been tested using a DC power supply to ensure they work and I am pleased to say they both lit up without issue. Please see images.
