This Starrett Automatic Centre Hole Punch has been listed as used as there are some minor signs of rust to hand end of the punch, but nothing that has affected the item’s functionality, only it’s cosmetics. The punch has been fully tested and is working with no issue, even when adjusting the stroke. The Punch end is in perfect condition with no signs of damage at all. Please see images.
