A robust 5-wire cage holds the roller securely in place so it won’t slip and slide during application, and a locking nut ensures the cage itself won’t detach even during heavy duty use on demanding surfaces such as masonry. Ultra-low friction nylon bushes at each end ensure the cage rotates smoothly, evenly and without the rattle that lower quality frame can suffer from, for even paint application and a trade quality finish with a good roller sleeve.
